Øyvind A. Sandberg is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in application engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor ASA since February 2019. Previously, Øyvind worked at Microchip Technology Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager and Applications Engineer, focusing on 8-bit AVR products. Øyvind's career in engineering began at Atmel Corporation, where roles included Applications Engineer and responsibilities in demo pool management. Additional experience includes roles as an Instrument Engineer at Aker Solutions, LabVIEW Engineer at DEFA AS, and security guard at Securitas. Øyvind holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics Design from Mid Sweden University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Sør-Trøndelag University College.
