Helene Wilson currently serves as the Head of Human Resources, Communication and Sustainability at Nordic Pharma, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Helene was Vice-President of Employee Experience at CWT from April 2019 to April 2020 and Head of Human Resources at Laureate Universities/Sommet Education from January 2012 to January 2018, where oversight of the HR function was managed. Helene also held multiple roles at SITA from December 1999 to November 2010, including HR Director Europe and Talent Acquisition Lead. Earlier in the career, Helene worked as a Recruitment and HR Consultant at Accenture between May 1995 and December 1999, contributing expertise in HR across Australia and the UK.
