Outi Sortino is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Oras Group since May 2021, Sortino focuses on developing organizational capability and a winning culture. Additionally, Sortino is an Advisory Board Member at Nordic Minds GmbH and previously held the position of SVP Human Resources at Stora Enso's Division Wood Products, overseeing HR for the largest wood products producer in Europe. Sortino has a diverse background in HR roles, including HR Business Partner, Manager of Employer Branding and Leadership Development, and Project Manager of Competence Development at Stora Enso, where responsibilities spanned across a global organization.
