Marcus Honkanen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Nordic Minds GmbH since July 2019, Marcus focuses on attracting and recruiting talent across borders, particularly in Northern Europe and Germany. Additionally, Marcus holds advisory roles with AHK Finnland, supporting trade relations between Finland and Germany, and with Simon & Josef GmbH, advising on sustainability in the hospitality industry. As a Co-Founder and Investor at FutureHunt GmbH, Marcus promotes effective collaboration in executive search. Prior experience includes Managing Director and Partner at Bents Honkanen Rosenkranz International Executive Consultants GmbH, and Partner at Kienbaum Executive Consultants, where leadership on European projects was a significant focus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor and Master in Management from Åbo Akademi University and additional studies in Human Resources Management at The University of Göttingen.
