Melissa Weng is a seasoned design strategist and product delivery specialist currently working at Nordic ID since August 2022, focusing on product design, specifications, release planning, and UX/UI tech development. Prior experience includes roles as a lead developer at Roger Studio Oy, where customization of web apps for clients was key, and as an e-commerce developer and entrepreneur at KANSSANI. Melissa has also contributed as a freelance designer and brand strategist for Chengdu Ravintola, and as a co-founder and project director at Innolake, emphasizing project management and digital service design. Earlier roles included positions at China Tekway Oy LTD and CoreFinland Oy as a web master and developer, respectively. Melissa holds a Master of Science in International Design Business Management from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
