Emil Sønsteby currently serves as a Studentmedarbeider at The Nordic Council of Ministers and The Nordic Council, beginning in September 2023, focusing on International Cooperation and Natural Resources. Prior experience includes an internship at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C., and holding the position of Ocean Ambassador at Universitetet i Bergen. Earlier roles encompass customer consultancy and anti-money laundering efforts at Sparebanken Vest, as well as responsibilities at KIWI minipris. Emil has also worked as a substitute teacher and support contact for Lier kommune, and served as a soldier in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Education includes a Master's degree in International Business and Politics at Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen, along with various secondary educational experiences.
