Yanick Daviault has been working in the IT support field since 2002, with experience in voice and communication administration. Currently, Yanick is the Director of IT Support at Nordia Inc., holding previous roles as Voice & Dialer Manager at the same company and as a Senior Telephony Analyst at Equinox. Yanick has also completed multiple Interactive Intelligence courses to further their knowledge in the field.
