Carney Villa has a diverse background in customer support and management, currently serving as SME - Order Help Desk and BM OHD Help Desk at Nordia Inc. since September 2022, after holding the position of Retail Support Specialist. Prior experience includes working at Enhanced Resource Centers from March 2012 to July 2021, where Carney held roles as Debt Collector Supervisor, Outsourcing Operation Supervisor, and Technical Support Specialist. Carney holds a Postgraduate Degree in International Business from Centennial College and a degree in Marketing from Universidad Dominicana O&M.
