Ewa Majewska is an accomplished HR Manager with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently at NordGlass since November 2017, Ewa has developed and implemented HR strategies and projects for over 1,300 employees, creating a well-informed HR department that aligns closely with production processes. Key achievements include the successful rollout of global evaluation systems and innovative recruitment processes, along with expertise in labor law advisory and employer branding strategies. Prior experience includes managing HR functions at Consolis and serving as a Recruitment Specialist, as well as a leadership role at Barry Callebaut. Ewa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychopedagogy and Social Rehabilitation from WSEZ and a Master’s degree in Ethnography from the University of Lodz.
