Per Poulsen has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in global trading and technical management. Since October 1991, Per has held various leadership positions at Uhrenholt A/S, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Global Trading, following roles such as Director of Global Trading for Japan and Technical Director. Additionally, Per is a board member of Nordfyns Bank, Dansk Oste- og Smørforening, and Foreningen af Danmarks Privatmejerier. Prior to Uhrenholt, Per worked at Arla Foods as an Assistant Production Manager and began a career in production at Kold College as a Production Assistant. Educational qualifications include a degree in Driftsledelse from Nyborg-Kerteminde Handelsskole and a degree in Mejeri from Kold College.
