Ingar Nissen-Meyer is a Norwegian investment banker who is currently the Head of Advisory & ECM Norway at Nordea. Ingar has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, having worked at Goldman Sachs, NRP Securities ASA, and Carnegie Investment Bank.
Nissen-Meyer began their career at Goldman Sachs in 2001 as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division, where they worked on Nordic M&A. Ingar was promoted to associate in 2003 and left the firm in 2006 to join NRP Securities ASA as managing partner.
Ingar spent seven years at NRP Securities ASA before moving to Carnegie Investment Bank in 2013, where they served as director for three years. In 2016, they joined Nordea as the Head of Advisory & ECM Norway.
Ingar Nissen-Meyer attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and Lycee Pierre Corneille.
They are on a team with Kasper Blangsted Dichow - Head of Advisory & ECM Denmark, Göran Svensson - Head of Advisory & ECM Sweden, and Lars Fischer - Head of Debt Solutions & Structuring. Ingar Nissen-Meyer reports to Philip Asp, Global Head of Investment Banking.
