Vladislav Radziuk has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and data integration. Vladislav started their career as a Working Student at Blackwood Seven Germany GmbH, where they gained experience in software development, data integration, and automation processes. Vladislav then worked as a Jr. Data Integration Developer, where they automated data pipelines and developed structural and semantic checks. Later, they took on the role of Data Integration Developer, where they coordinated a software development project and led QA development in the local office. Vladislav also worked on software development and process automation in Python, algorithms optimization, and migration to AWS. In 2018, Radziuk joined Continental as a Backend Developer Smart Parking, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are working at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, where they hold the position of Senior Cloud Developer and Team Lead - Cloud Developers.

Vladislav Radziuk obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2016. Vladislav then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in IT-Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they completed in 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various fields such as Migration Ambassador Foundations (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, Fundamentals of Deep Learning for Computer Vision from NVIDIA in 2019, and several Coursera Course Certificates in subjects including Public Policy Challenges of the 21st Century and R Programming in 2015.
