Jarmo Herrala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cloud computing and IT service management. Since May 2016, Jarmo has been a Customer Success Manager at Nordcloud, where participation in the #TheCloudRevolution initiative has been pivotal. Previously, Jarmo served as a Principal IT Service Manager in Collaboration Support Services at Microsoft from April 2014 to November 2015, and as a Senior Service Manager at Nokia from May 1995 to April 2014. Jarmo holds a Cloud Engineer degree from NordCloud Academy and a College Qualification in Business Information Technology from Espoo Business School, complemented by education at Laajasalon lukio.
