Nathalie Brunet has extensive experience in sales and customer service within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Sales at NorCom, a Rogers authorized dealer since July 2007, Nathalie is responsible for managing existing accounts and deploying new ones. Key responsibilities include developing tailored strategies to meet client needs, achieving customer satisfaction goals, and fostering relationships with key decision-makers. Prior to this role, Nathalie worked at Rogers Communications from February 1996 to July 2007 as a customer service representative. Educational qualifications include a Diploma from College Ahuntsic earned between 2010 and 2013, and a Secondary School Diploma from College Sophie-Barat completed in 2005.
