Paladugu Srinivas is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chemical & Engineering Development Manager at Norbrook Laboratories Ltd since June 2003, Paladugu focuses on technology transfer, new product development, and ensuring efficient operations of production facilities while adhering to GMP standards. Previously, Paladugu held the position of Manager Technical & Projects at Vani Chemicals & Intermediates Limited from July 1990 to March 2003, where responsibilities included equipment design, maintenance, and overseeing production activities. Additionally, Paladugu worked as Production Incharge at Cheminor Drugs Limited, gaining expertise in experimentation setups and hazardous reactions. Paladugu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University.
