Michael Ennis is an accomplished biochemist with extensive experience in research and development, regulatory compliance, and quality control in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Currently serving as the R&D Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert in Regulatory at Norbrook Laboratories Ltd since January 2001, Michael has successfully managed multiple new product development and launch programs. Previous roles include Team Leader for QC Analytical at Novartis and Senior Researcher in Food Chemistry at University College Cork, where significant research was conducted in collaboration with major food ingredient producers. Michael holds a PhD in Biochemistry and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, both from Queen's University Belfast, and has held academic positions including Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin and Post-Doctoral Researcher at Queen's University Belfast.
