Per Hedenmark has worked in the business industry since 2004. Per began their career as a Legal Assistant at ENSKILDA SECURITIES LIMITED in 2004. In 2005, they joined Erik Olsson Fastighetsförmedling as a Management Trainee, Head Of Customer Support, and CMO. In 2008, they became the Owner of Fastighetsbyrån. From 2012 to 2019, they were a Franchisee at Kommersiella fastigheter Region Syd. Currently, they are the Co-founder & CEO of Norban.

Per Hedenmark completed their high school education at S:t Mikaelsskolan in Mora from 1995 to 1998. Per then attended Uppsala University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Master's degree in Law. In 2003, they also completed a program in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the National University of Singapore.
