Lucas Dose has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Superintendent at Nor-Son Construction since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lucas worked as an Estimator at Weis Builders from November 2019 to September 2021 and held an Estimating/Purchasing position at JMS Custom Homes from March 2015 to October 2019. Additionally, Lucas served as a Project Consultant at Complete Building Solutions, LLC from February 2012 to February 2015 and completed an internship as a Bid Coordinator at GM Northrup Corp. in 2011. Earlier in Lucas's career, seasonal work as a Framer at Carpentry Contractors Corp. occurred from 2003 to 2009. Lucas holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Management and Business from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 2006 and 2011.
