Pete Grego has an extensive work history spanning over several decades. Pete started their career at Corti Brothers Market in 1976 as a Head Clerk, where they worked until 1986. Pete then joined Markstein Beverage Company as a Senior Sales Representative, providing relief sales and supervision in the Sacramento area from 1986 to 1988.

In 1995, Grego joined Bell Distributing Company as a Sales Representative, managing sales territories in southern Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties. Pete was later promoted to Dispatching Supervisor and then served as a Delivery/Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and the delivery department until 1998.

From 1998 onwards, Grego joined Nor-Cal Beverage Co., where they held various roles. Pete started as a Sales Supervisor, handling customer complaints and trade issues, before being promoted to Sales Manager. In this role, they met with suppliers to secure promotional tools and funding, managed key accounts and local chain sales calls, and secured weekly ads for all brands and packages. Pete then became the Branch Manager, responsible for leading a team and achieving sales targets.

Grego's next role was as the General Manager of the Soft Drink Sales Division, overseeing the division's operations and strategy. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Contract Manufacturing before assuming their current position as the Corporate Vice President.

Pete Grego completed their high school education at Christian Brothers High School from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Diploma in GED. Pete then went on to attend Sacramento City College from 1979 to 1982, focusing on Marketing & Business Administration. No specific degree was mentioned for their time at Sacramento City College.
