Jose Paul has a varied work experience in the field of product design, management, and game development. Jose started their career as a game designer at Dumadu Games Pvt Ltd in 2011, where they handled game design and collaborated with developers to bring the games to life. In 2013, they worked as a creative director at Kinghtmaregamestudio, where they were responsible for designing game documents and making important decisions regarding art style and game themes.
In 2014, Jose co-founded DigitalKnight Game Studio and served as the co-chief executive officer. Jose played a crucial role in starting the company by finding co-founders, setting up the team, securing office space, and managing daily operations.
Jose then worked at GreedyGame in 2017 as a product and publisher manager. In this role, they oversaw all activities related to publishers and game developers, including acquisition, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Starting in 2018, Jose joined Tentworks Interactive as a product manager and product designer. As the first employee of the company, they set up the pipeline for future hires across different departments and built the company website.
From 2018 to 2021, Jose worked at BYJU'S as a senior product and game designer. Jose contributed to the design and development of educational products and games.
In 2021, they moved on to Kutuki, where they served as the lead product designer. During their time there, they played a leadership role in the design of their products.
Currently, Jose is working as a product designer at nOps.io since September 2022.
Jose Paul attended ICAT Design & Media College from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a post-graduate degree in Product and Game Design with a focus on Product Development. In December 2019, Jose obtained a certification in Design Thinking: The Beginnerās Guide from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).
