Leonid Kasminskiy has worked in the tech industry since 1996. Leonid began their career as a QA Engineer at TracePoint. In 1997, they became a QA Lead at Hyperion Solutions (Arbor Sortware). From 1999 to the present, Leonid has worked at both Noosh, Inc. and NewlineNoosh, where they have held the roles of Release Manager/ Scrum Master, QA Manager / Project Manager.

Leonid Kasminskiy obtained a B.A. in Math from Tashkent State University, TashGU, Uzbekistan (former USSR) with a focus on Topology and Foundations from 1983 to 1990. In 1995, they attended Porntov Computer School to obtain a QA Testing certification.
