Aletta Kruizenga has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles across various sectors. Currently a Coördinator Content Realisatie at Noordhoff since April 2016, Aletta has progressively advanced from Content Support Medewerker to handling inquiries from educators and students in both basic and higher education. Prior to Noordhoff, Aletta worked at Webhelp Nederland as a Klantenservice medewerkster, addressing customer inquiries for NUON and Noordhoff Uitgevers. Earlier roles include significant administrative responsibilities at Reinigingsservice Peter Kuil bv, where Aletta managed customer relations, administration, and scheduling, as well as sales and customer support positions at Corporate Express and Kantoorboekhandel Kleefsman en v/d Veen. Aletta has also achieved a diploma as a Medisch secretaresse from Mulder opleidingen and further education in bookkeeping and calculation.
