Parul Singh is an experienced professional with a focus on program design, development, and impact evaluation in the social sector. Currently serving as the Head of Program Design and Development for Noora Health in India, Parul has previously held positions such as Associate Director of Program Design and Delivery Lead at Ola Foundation, where a tech-based solution for women's livelihoods was developed. At Head Held High Foundation, Parul led various initiatives aimed at poverty alleviation and impact management. Experience also includes roles at Karnataka Health Promotion Trust, Futures Group International, and MAMTA-Health Institute for Mother & Child, specializing in communication, capacity building, and program management. Parul holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters and Psychology from H.N.B. Garhwal University and a Master's in Psychology from DAV PG College, Dehradun.
