Tiffany Ie-win Teh has worked for three companies in the past. Tiffany Ie-win started as a Business Development Manager at Meyzer Group in 2017. In 2018, they moved to Realme Malaysia as a Brand Manager and was later promoted to Brand Director. In 2022, they joined Nooie as a Marcom Manager.

Tiffany Ie-win Teh's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing from the University of Wollongong, which they completed in 2015. Tiffany Ie-win also has a Foundation degree in Business IT from INTI International University & Colleges, which they completed in 2011. In addition, Tiffany has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Facebook, Coursera, VETASSESS, and Google, since 2018.
