Tom Finley has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to digital strategy, product management, and advertising. Tom'smost recent role was as the Director of Digital, Paid Media and 3rd Party at Noodles & Company, where they began in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vail Resorts as the Director of Digital Experience, Sr. Product Owner of Digital Experience, and eCommerce Product Owner, where they were responsible for project initiatives and the integration of Whistler Blackcomb onto the company's digital platforms. Tom also has experience at Southwest Airlines as an Associate Product Manager and Assistant Manager of Digital Advertising, as well as at VMLY&R as a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Assistant Account Manager. Tom began their career as an Account Executive at MOJO AD and also had internships at TracyLocke and The Maneater.
Tom Finley attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism. Tom'sfield of study focused on Strategic Communications, Business, and Sociology. Prior to their university education, Tom attended Eagan High School from 1999 to 2003. Tom does not hold any additional degrees or certifications, except for the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in March 2021.
