Eric Lund has extensive experience in the field of IT and security infrastructure. Eric is currently working as the Director of IT Security and Infrastructure at Noodles & Company. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of IT Security and Infrastructure at Edina Realty from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Famous Dave's of America as the IT Director from 2014 to 2017 and as the Enterprise Application Manager from 2007 to 2014. Eric also has experience working at Accenture as a Software Developer and an Application Support Manager from 2001 to 2007. Eric began their career at IDeaS Revenue Solutions as an Application Support Technician from 1998 to 2000.

Eric Lund obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on General subjects, from Luther College. Eric attended Luther College from 1994 to 1998.
