Brian Anderson has over a decade of experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Communications Manager at Noodles & Company since September 2015, with previous roles including Guest Care Supervisor and General Manager. Prior to this, Brian worked at Potbelly Sandwich Works from September 2006 to September 2015 as a New Restaurant Opening Specialist. Brian holds a degree in Business Management, with a focus on Business and Hospitality Management, from the University of Iowa, completed in 2011, and graduated from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in 2007.
