Charlotte Harper is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and administrative leadership. Currently serving as the Director of AR and Billing at Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services since April 2017, Charlotte has also fulfilled the role of Advisor to the Board at The Other Side Academy since March 2015, where responsibilities include process review and board advisement. Previously, Charlotte was the Controller at East Bay Community Recovery Project from October 2012 to March 2017, supervising the accounting team and managing risk and budgetary processes. Spending nearly four decades at the Delancey Street Foundation from 1973 to 2011, Charlotte held the position of Secretary-Treasurer, overseeing accounting staff across multiple locations and managing various financial responsibilities. Charlotte earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Golden Gate University between 1995 and 1999.
