Siobhan Kelley is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Labor & Employment Risk Manager at Nonprofits Insurance Alliance since March 2021, Siobhan previously held the position of Assistant County Counsel for the County of Santa Cruz, where responsibilities included representing the County in civil litigation and advising on health service compliance. Siobhan has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Monterey College of Law since January 2013, currently teaching Civil Procedure and previously covering Advanced Legal Writing and the Gibson Appellate Writing Project. Prior experience includes roles as Employment Risk Manager at Nonprofits Insurance Alliance and Senior Attorney at Seagate Technology, focusing on employment law and policy development. Siobhan holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego.
