Adam Metcalf has extensive experience in claims examination, currently serving as a Claims Examiner III at Nonprofits Insurance Alliance since February 2020. Prior roles include Liability Examiner at Sedgwick, General Liability Claims Examiner at MetaSense, and Senior Claim Examiner at Berkley Specialty Underwriting Managers. Adam's career in claims began at Progressive Insurance as a Senior Claim Examiner and includes positions at North American Risk Services and Penn Personnel Consultants. Adam earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Maine at Farmington between 1991 and 1998.
