Rachel Alansky, Senior Consultant for Nonprofit HR, brings over 15 years of experience helping small businesses and nonprofits create and grow their human capital and development functions.
With deep experience supporting nonprofits and associations in rapid growth mode, Rachel helps missions create an environment that focuses on the organization’s most critical resource – their people. She is dedicated to helping companies create policies, recruit and retain top talent, administer payroll and benefits, remain compliant and train and develop staff. Rachel is adept at serving as a partner for client executives.
She has her undergraduate degree in Communications from Muhlenberg College and her master’s degree in Education Administration from Boston College.
Rachel lives in Arlington with her husband, two children and her dog. She loves to run and is passionate about fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis.
