Morris E. Borenstein currently serves as the Manager of New Markets Tax Credits at the Nonprofit Finance Fund since December 2022. Previously, from August 2008 to December 2021, Borenstein held the position of Vice President - Senior Credit Officer at Moody's Investors Service, where management of a high-profile portfolio of high-yield and investment-grade loans for healthcare companies was a key responsibility, alongside developing extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Morris E. Borenstein holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Policy and Urban Planning from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Pace University, complemented by attendance at the Bronx High School of Science.
