Charles Tarver has over two decades of experience in safety management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Safety Specialist at General Motors since June 2000, Charles is responsible for overseeing all safety protocols and operations within the plant. In addition, Charles holds the position of Team Leader, focusing on service and production efficiency. Since January 2005, Charles has also been the CEO of Big Dreams Ryderz under the Nonprofit Finance Fund, managing day-to-day operations in alignment with the board's directives. Charles is an alumnus of Northwood University.
