Tim Rusk is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership, education, and community support. Currently serving as a Nonprofit Education Specialist at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon, Tim previously held roles such as Principal at Rusk Coaching Consulting and Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Oregon Association of Relief Nurseries, where Tim provided vital support to early childhood programs. Tim’s notable tenure as Executive Director at MountainStar Family Relief Nursery involved transitioning the organization to an independent nonprofit dedicated to child abuse and neglect prevention. With a strong foundational background as a Program Manager at Marin Conservation Corps and hospice camp facilitator, Tim holds a Master of Arts in Organization Development from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
