Victor Perucho has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2002. Victor first worked as an IT Technician at Ciberforma from 2002 to 2004. Victor then moved to the Biblioteca Municipal de Vila Nova de Cerveira as an IT Consultant from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they became a Formador - Redes at Aprender e Saber - Centro de Formação e Ensino, Unip. Lda. In 2011, they joined Nonius as a Sales Engineering Manager at their HQ and later became the Diretor NONIUS Brasil at Nonius Brazil. Victor also held the role of Project Manager/Network Engineer at Nonius HQ.

Victor Perucho has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2018 to 2020, with a focus on Gestão Empresarial. From 2007 to 2010, they completed a degree in Engenharia de Electrónica e Redes de Computadores at Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão do Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo, with a focus on Redes, Telecomunicações, Sistemas. In 2007 and 2008, they completed an Especialized Tec. Instalation and administration of IS/Networks at ETAP Vale do Minho. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, they completed a Tec. Informática de Manutenção Reparação de Equipamentos at ETAP Vale do Minho.
