David Giarracco has over 28 years of experience in the medical device industry. In 1993, they began their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Cobe Cardiovascular. David then moved to Valleylab/TycoHealthcare in 2003 as a Marketing Director and Manager of Operational Excellence. In 2006, they joined Covidien as Vice President of Pre Hospital Sales and Market Development. During their time at Covidien, they held various roles such as Vice President of Marketing Patient Monitoring, Acting VP/GM of Covidien Sleep & Oxygen Business, Vice President of Global Upstream Marketing, and Director of Global Market Development. In 2015, they joined Medtronic as Vice President of Global Market Development Patient Monitoring & Recovery. In 2019, they became a Mentor at VentureWell and Founder of Caudate Consulting, LLC. In 2020, they joined Spine Align, LLC as a Board Member and SeaStar Medical as Chief Operating Officer. David also became an Executive at TEDCO Builder Fund. In 2021, they were recruited by the board of Noninvasix to become their Chief Executive Officer.

David Giarracco holds a Master of Arts in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering & Materials Science from The Johns Hopkins University. David also completed a course at the Venture Capital Institute in 2019.
