Monica Pearson currently serves as an Art Director at GEHA Health, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer since August 2016. Notable previous experience includes serving as an Art Director and Marketing Connect Manager at Florida Blue from June 2019 to September 2024, as well as a Graphic Designer at GuideWell Connect from July 2017 to June 2019. Monica began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Media Mix Marketing Solutions from August 2013 to August 2014. Education was completed at the University of North Florida, where Monica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from 2012 to 2016.
