Youssef Elsersawy has extensive experience in security management within the hospitality sector, having served as a security manager for five-star hotels from August 1991 to August 2012, followed by a continued role as a security manager at Puplice since July 2002. Since January 2013, Youssef has been managing non-profit emergency and public safety organizations, focusing on hotel security. Youssef holds a Master’s Degree in General from a military academy.
