Salonika Mitra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational design, and HR systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent at Nomura International since August 2011, Salonika Mitra focuses on talent management, learning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Salonika Mitra held positions at Lehman Brothers, including Head of Graduate Recruitment for Investment Banking & Global Markets EMEA and an Investment Banking Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier in the career, Salonika Mitra worked as an Internet Media Analyst at The Digital Edge (WPP Group). Salonika Mitra holds an MSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in Economics and English from Cornell University.
