Nilanjana Gupta is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leading strategic change and regulatory projects. Currently serving as Vice President at Nomura since 2009, Gupta established and leads a finance change team of 28 members. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President at DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, where significant contributions were made to the rollout of Fidessa and the implementation of order level risk management. Prior experience includes positions at Lehman Brothers, Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services, and The Stock Exchange in Mumbai, with a foundation in business analysis and product development in the finance sector.
