Sarah Joseph-Asikhia has work experience at two companies. Sarah started working at PIELuk in 2020 as a Speaker Subcommittee, a role they held until September 2021. In 2022, they joined Nomo Fintech as a Junior HR Admin, and in April 2023, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Coordinator.

Sarah Joseph-Asikhia attended the University of York from 2018 to 2021, where they earned their Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in the field of Law.
