Mateusz Kawalec has a diverse work experience in the field of security and technical consulting. Mateusz started their career as a Serwisant systemów alarmowych at Sensor-Net Sp. z o.o. in 2010. Mateusz then worked as a Praktykant w dziale informatyki at Polska Agencja Żeglugi Powietrznej w Warszawie for a brief period. In 2012, they joined Instytut Techniczny Wojsk Lotniczych as an Inżynier until 2016. Mateusz then joined Nomios Group as a Security Expert in 2016, a role that they still hold. In addition, they also worked as a Junior Technical Consultant at Infradata Polska Sp. z o.o. from 2016 to 2018. Overall, Mateusz has gained extensive experience in the security industry and technical consulting roles throughout their career.

Mateusz Kawalec attended the Military University of Technology from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:
