Tom Matta currently serves as the Head of GTM at Nomikai, a company focused on developing a no-code multi-agent AI orchestrator for GTM teams since January 2024. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of Business Development at PARSIQ, contributing to Web3 dApps and protocol solutions from January 2021 to April 2022, and at Mapistry, where Tom supported environmental managers from July 2019 to April 2020. Tom's extensive experience includes roles at Carta, where as VP of Sales for Private Markets, $40 million in ARR was achieved, alongside significant sales strategy initiatives. Tom co-founded StatEasy and worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, consulting for the US Department of Energy. Educationally, Tom holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a degree in Engineering with a focus on Materials Science, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
