Rafał Makagon has over 16 years of work experience in software engineering. Rafał began their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at GG Networks S.A. where they were a member of a team that completely rewrote the backend solution for GaduGadu messenger. In 2013, they joined GOG.com as a Senior Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for developing a C++ SDK library for game developers to integrate with GOG.com ecosystem. In 2020, they moved to F5 as a Senior Software Engineer and is currently employed at Nomagic as a Senior Software Engineer.

Rafał Makagon graduated from Warsaw University of Technology in 2010 with a Master of Arts (MA) in Computer Science.
