Jonathan Marques has been working in the creative industry since 2009. Jonathan began their career as a Photography Instructor for the River Vale Education Fund. Jonathan then moved to Jimmy Jazz where they worked as an Art Director and Senior Digital Designer from 2009 to 2018. In 2017, they became the Senior Interactive Art Director at The Vitamin Shoppe. In 2018, they took on the role of Creative Director of Marketing and Retail at Jimmy Jazz. In 2020, they joined Nomadic Agency as a Senior Art Director and Art Director, where they are responsible for turning client briefs into campaigns and hands-on ideation and design for multiple tasks with short-term and long-term deadlines.

Jonathan Marques completed a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Photography from Instituto Português de Fotografia in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Universidade dos Açores in 2006.
