Rob Crosby currently serves as the Group People & Culture Manager at NOMAD GROUP since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rob was the Associate Head of Human Resources at Doltone House from May 2023 to November 2023 and held the position of Group General Manager at M-Hospitality Group from 2016 to 2022. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southern Cross University (2007-2010), a High School Certificate from The King's School (2000-2006), and a Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (2019).
