Nidhi Jha is currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Nomad Credit since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nidhi worked as an HR Executive at Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from February 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Nidhi gained initial HR experience as an intern at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. in mid-2021. Nidhi holds a Master of Business Administration in HR and Marketing from Amity Global Business School, Pune, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Techno India Institute of Technology, obtained in 2020.
