Rania Qawasma is an accomplished architect and entrepreneur with significant experience in the architectural field and community-based initiatives. As the founder of Daarna since June 2020, Rania leads innovative projects while serving on the board of directors for NOMA | nw since January 2020. As an architect at Koz Development and co-founder of Color My Home, Rania also contributes to educational programs that promote individual concepts of home. Additionally, Rania co-founded Architecture for Refugees-USA, an online platform addressing the architectural issues associated with the global refugee crisis. Rania's previous roles include project manager at Suzanne Zahr, Inc., and project architect at zdsarchitects. Rania holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design from Boston Architectural College and a Professional Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington, alongside a Bachelor of Architecture from Birzeit University.
