Vladimir Makarenko is a Principal Scientist at Nokomis, Inc. since December 2015, and has over two decades of experience in neuroscience and theoretical physics. Prior roles include Senior Research Scientist at NYU Langone Medical Center and NYU School of Medicine's Department of Neuroscience from 1995 to November 2015. Vladimir's expertise encompasses physics, mathematics, statistical methods, neuroscience, neural networks, robotics, and computer modeling, with a focus on the analysis of multi-dimensional signals. Vladimir holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (1984) and a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the Russian Academy of Sciences (1993).
