Nurettin Cetinkaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Orta DoÄŸu Teknik Ãœniversitesi, completed between 1996 and 2001. Nurettin has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for the Middle-East at Nokia.
